We are coming up on our second wedding anniversary. What a great ride it's been! I was just thinking the other day that our second year has flown by so much faster than the first. With each passing day, Jeff and I become stronger as a couple. We've grown so much as individuals as well as a couple in the last two years. Everyday I am thankful for being blessed to be with a man as wonderful as Jeff! We are just loving married life!
We booked a room at Disney's Grand Californian Resort and Spa on the night of our anniversary. It's a pricey hotel and we've always wanted to stay there so we decided that we should do it now before kids come along! The GCH (gotta use the Disney lingo!) is a gorgeous hotel modeled after the Crafstman style popular in the early 20th century. We booked a room with a view of Disney's California Adventure (DCA). We're planning on heading down around noon and spending some time at Disneyland and DCA before we check in. We'll have a nice dinner somewhere (we're still undecided!) and probably end our day with a drink in the GCH bar- one of our favorite spots.
I will definitely post another blog after our little getaway with a review of the hotel.
